A&E: TV Shows That Matter App Reviews

Obsessed with The First 48 and Nightwatch. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the ads. Most of the time they are the same ones over and over so it makes for an annoying day if youre binge watching!

I honestly got this app just to watch Duck dynasty again. I love Duck dynasty so much I would like to hang out with them

Recently, video ads have been playing over shows simultaneously. They cannot be dismissed or skipped. I used to like this app, but now it has become very frustrating. The last ad was 2 minutes long and the program I was watching was still playing in the background. You cant see it, but you can hear it. I fail to understand how a glitch so blatant can be missed by professional programmers. Fix it!

Initially the app worked fine. Now I am unable to open it. I click on it and the logo starts to load and then it takes me back to my main iPad screen there is no viewing anything the way the app is running right now. So I guess that makes it rather worthless. OK well the first part of this review was one that I wrote a couple of months ago that I know I sent in because I received a response from A&E which I thought was very nice and they corrected the issue. So this is an update. Just finished watching Leah Remini at her series on Scientology. It was excellent and I may go back and view the whole thing again. While I dont enjoy as many commercials as I think they are a bit long... I can understand the need for some of them. Its just that you get so wrapped up in what you are viewing that you hate to break your thinking because you become immersed in what your viewing. Good show. Thank you for the opportunity with this app to see it.

I enjoy the program intervention, among others. Since downloading the app I can binge-watch all of the episodes Ive missed throughout the years. I do wish I could zip past the commercials like I can with my DISH remote control. Im going to start checking out all of the A&E programs and find all my old favs!

Great shows which I watch several times a week. There appears to be more commercials than the other apps.

The app has all the good shows that A&E has to offer, but it crashes or says "error" a couple time during one episode. Also, the ads are too frequent and too long, which makes this app not worth it.

Love this app., but hate the commercials. After the commercials it will sometimes stall and I have to restart or play with it before it will start playing again.

Cannot "paste" complex passwords from password manager, only allows "copy"

I used to be able to watch A&E shows on my iPad, but now when I click play I get an error message saying "0066: No account returned from UPDA". I even logged in but still get this message. If I leave the error message up without hitting OK, the app crashes. This has been going on for at least a month. Ive emailed & posted about this once already. Hope its fixed soon.

I used this app for a day. Tried using it again, nothing. Its loading so long it shuts off, or closes the app. Please Fix

I like this app except I wish there was bell in the tv listing to log in with so I could watch live tv

When is Bell Aliant going to put customers first.. I will go to the competition..wait there isnt any...would loved to have had this app..watch it when visiting grandchildren.
