A&E: TV Shows That Matter App Reviews

The shows are up to date, but the amount of commercials are almost so bad that its not even worth watching sometimes. Not only that, but they are so much louder than the actual shows that its just annoying. Unless you are absolutely going to miss a show I wouldnt recommend this app until they limit the amount of ads to a reasonable amount.

Im loving this app and the shows available!

Im watching episodes and since my T.V provider isnt listed I am limited on what I can watch and its really annoying. Some of the episodes arent even working. Besides that overall its a good app.

It has been so nice to finally watch the episodes without having to watch an entire episode of ads mixed into it. You rock!

App wont even open after update

The app no longer launches since the update installed Nov 18th, it worked fine this week and earlier in the day before the update was installed!

The update is not working. Cannot open , crashes immediately. Whats with that? Crappy crappy

ever since the ew update on the 16th the app doesnt work now.. awesome work guys

Put it on my iPhone 7 plus and it crashes as soon as I try to open. It was just updated for this iPhone, check your apps before putting them in store???

Worked fine until the new update. Cant even open it. It crashes as soon as I see the A&E logo. Do better.

The app was working perfectly fine before I updated it and now all it does is crash. Please fix it

Remove this app. Apple: why do you allow this? So many of your apps are unusable and falsely advertised. A&E why are you damaging your reputation with such an inferior piece of technological crap??? And wasting our time?

App has been fixed since last update, it no longer crashes. Great selection of shows to watch.

This this is a great app!! I love it! Great streaming quality, lots of titles, and as long as you subscribe to the Chanel with your provider you unlock all content. Lots of providers are recognized! Love that I can get programs online that I cannot get on my tvs on demand! All specialty networks should follow this process!!

Overall this app is pretty good. But it has one major flaw: no airplay feature. The only way to see the content on a tv screen is to mirror the phone or iPad through Apple TV, which is more annoying and far les functional. A simple AirPlay button on a pop-up menu would greatly improve the app.

I love A & E! Unlike channels like TLC & Slice, I find that A & E tends to give you a truer, grittier look at the lives of others. Life dramas dont always have a storybook ending but there is hope. W/ shows like Intervention & Hoarders; you see that life is NOT always pretty & it doesnt solve itself in 45 minutes (60 w/ commercials ;p), but there is HOPE that tomorrow will be better than today.
