Cant watch

I used to be able to watch A&E shows on my iPad, but now when I click play I get an error message saying "0066: No account returned from UPDA". I even logged in but still get this message. If I leave the error message up without hitting OK, the app crashes. This has been going on for at least a month. Ive emailed & posted about this once already. Hope its fixed soon.
