A&E...Not

Hate, hate, hate when you download an app to watch a program and cannot watch even though you Do subscribe but you are penalized because they do not have your provider listed. Am I missing something? Perhaps the App should have a list you can access PRIOR TO DOWNLOADING so you do not waste your time.
I should also not be forced to give a star to something I cannot even access.
